About That...

For me being a photographer is being a visual storyteller. To speak without words, to show don't tell. I explore life. Life is those quietly beautiful moments and the thrill of being alive- to capture small moments of life's imperfections is literally the most rewarding feeling in the world. I just love a good adventure.

When I first picked up our families simple point and shoot camera oh so many years ago, I was just a little girl who thought it was fun to take pictures. Fast forward, I'm now sixteen and on my fourth camera upgrade. I have only just awakened to the passion I feel for photography. I have this great want to remember every beautiful moment and a wish for the world to slow down and stop progressing so fast. I want so badly to remember. Everything. Which is actually impossible (believe me I've tried). But when I have my camera in my hands I can tell a story and because of this digital age I don't have to be the only one to experience them.

I want everyone to have these visual stories, to remember what a smile looked like in a certain light, to remember how beautiful she looked on that wedding day, to remember how the world looked when the sun was hidden. Just to remember... all those beautiful little moments.

Yo! My name is Susanna and I'm a high school senior. I hope to pursue a degree after high school, however I'm still trying to figure out what to major in. I love loud music, summer nights, flannel, ball caps, piggyback rides, my family, and traveling. God has given me a passion for lands unseen and roads few have traveled. I'm not sure what He has planned for my life, but I know that when the time comes he'll give me the courage to pursue it.

Jessica, Fashion Stylist // NC

My name is Jessica and I'm 17 years old. I'm a senior this year and want to go to NC State for college next fall. I want to study Fashion and Textile Design in collage, and go into fashion design and management. I love fashion stylizing, working with people to find what fits with them and fits whatever the event is. I want to design clothes that are good quality and not super expensive. I love people and want to travel the world with my career. I want to make an impact with my work for the good.

Hi, I'm Courtney and I'm 17 years old. I am a senior in high school and after I graduate I plan to attend Liberty University and major in theater and business. I enjoy singing, acting, playing instruments and experimenting with the art of makeup and hair. I like to use these hobbies to bring a smile to people's faces and brighten their days, whether it be by doing makeup for a clients special event, or transforming myself into a Disney character through acting and with makeup to bring magic to life for a child. I'm very much of a people person, a child at heart, and will do almost anything to make someone laugh.
